Sid music is music programmed for an old as hell computer, The C64. Amazingly, despite it's limited processing power the C64 had an extremely advanced audio processing unit (the sid chip) Which to this day is unrivaled by any device in it's sheer mystic power of audio transformation.
Back when there was an extensive c64 "scene" many hackers and programmers programmed great music out of sheer skill and determination. The sid chip was instrumental in the growth of this amazing and totally awe-inspiring movement.
